Wildcrafted Basketry at Gilsland Farm

In this hands-on workshop we will explore an introduction to traditional basket weaving techniques with round, regionally wild harvested, flexible fibers. Great variations will occur! No prior basketweaving experience required, though strong hands and enthusiasm are recommended. Materials will be provided by the instructor with the option and encouragement for participants to harvest additional materials in advance. (Harvesting guidance will be emailed a week or more in advance).
