There is an abundance of wild plants, mushrooms and other natural treasures in Maine that can be foraged for food, medicinal use and other purposes. We learn about what you can find, how to differentiate the safe from the toxic, and different ways to use what you forage.  Leader: David Spahr, author of Edible and Medicinal Mushrooms of New England and Eastern Canada.
