Mast Landing Volunteer Work Day – Freeport
Join Maine Audubon’s Land Steward for an afternoon of sanctuary work at Mast Landing Audubon Sanctuary in Freeport. Volunteers will assist with tasks that include trail maintenance and invasive plant management.
Volunteers should be willing to hike up to 2 miles while carrying tools and materials across uneven tread surfaces. Participants should feel comfortable using hand tools such as folding saws, loppers, pole saws, wheelbarrows, shovels, and tampers.
