Mast Landing Volunteer Work Day – Freeport
Volunteers are welcome to join Maine Audubon’s Land Steward for an afternoon of light trail maintenance, as well as some invasive plant removal work at Mast Landing Audubon Sanctuary in Freeport, ME.
Volunteers should be willing to hike up to 2 miles while carrying hand tools across uneven tread surfaces. Participants should also feel comfortable using hand tools such as folding saws, loppers, pole saws, shovels, tampers, and cordless wheelbarrows.
