Photographic Reflections: Observing Winter’s Quiet Changes

Join nature photographer and Registered Maine Guide L’aura Bradford for a photography walk exploring the quiet transformations of Maine’s winter. We’ll venture along the scenic trails of Fields Pond Audubon Center, pausing to notice subtle signs of seasonal change.

We’ll also talk and share our ideas on composition and perspectives – some of the best moments of this event come from seeing how others view the same scene.

This workshop is also a perfect opportunity to bring your photography questions – from how to use your camera and understanding exposure to composition techniques for telling stronger visual stories.

All experience levels and all types of digital cameras (including phones) are welcome. Dress warmly and be prepared for winter trail conditions; we’ll go out in all but the harshest weather.

Group size is limited, pre-registration is required.

Tuesdays, 1/20, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10.  2:30-4:30 pm

$12 member/$15 nonmember per session
