Hamilton Volunteer Work Day – West Bath

Come join Maine Audubon’s Land Steward for an afternoon of sanctuary trail maintenance at Hamilton Audubon Sanctuary in West Bath. Volunteers will assist with the site preparation and construction of a new timber foot bridge that will help provide a more sustainable solution for passage.

Volunteers should be prepared to hike in approximately a mile, while carrying tools and equipment across uneven tread surfaces. Participants should feel comfortable using hand tools such as hammers, folding saws, loppers, shovels, cordless power drills, and a battery powered circular saw.
