Fall Frolic 2025
Celebrate the change of seasons with us as we welcome Fall to Gilsland Farm in all our favorite ways:
🍁 Jumping in the giant leaf pile
🍁 Launching native plant seed balls with the seed ball slingshot
🍁 Creating autumnal art
🍁 Pretending to drive the tractor
🍁 Investigating the science of seed dispersal
🍁 Building homes and habitats in the “Create with Nature zone”
🍁 Enjoying apple cider, face painting, and live music from Bill Jawitz, plus lots more!
Our signature seasonal family festivals are free for Maine Audubon members, open to all, and fun for the whole family. Follow your Fall Frolic passport to a variety of activity stations around the orchard at Gilsland Farm, and earn a small prize for visiting them all! Spend a playful day outdoors while you learn about our plant and animal neighbors and how to care for them as the season changes.
