Ecological Garden Design Workshop

Join Maine Audubon for a hands-on workshop exploring how to design beautiful, functional gardens that support Maine native wildlife. Led by Maine Audubon’s Bringing Nature Home manager and native plant expert Andrew Tufts, with special guest Brett Price, this half-day session will introduce ecological design principles, guide you through site analysis, and help you sketch a habitat-friendly garden plan for your own space. Perfect for beginners and seasoned gardeners alike!

Brett Price is the founder of Sophia Design, providing sustainable gardens and landscape design with elegant, long-term, nature-based landscape solutions. Brett has a decade of fieldwork and design experience in ecological and traditional landscape horticulture. He embraces the scientific and artistic challenges of planting design.
