Seasonal Stewardship and Grounds Assistant – Gilsland Farm Audubon Center, Falmouth

We are seeking a Seasonal Stewardship and Grounds Assistant to support implementation of Maine Audubon’s land stewardship program across our sanctuaries, including active land management and volunteer engagement. The position will be based at our Gilsland Farm headquarters in Falmouth, Maine, but will often work at our other seven sanctuaries across the state.

Part-time Seasonal Early Childhood Environmental Educator – Gilsland Farm Audubon Center, Falmouth

The Early Childhood Environmental Educator is responsible for delivering nature-based outreach programs at local preschools and family programs on site at Gilsland Farm.

Seasonal Environmental Educator – Fields Pond Audubon Center, Holden

This position will assist with the development and delivery of community and school-age environmental education programs, with a major emphasis on facilitating summer camp serving children in grades 1-5. (posted 1/27/2026)

Internships: 

Program Internship, Spring/Summer 2026 – Fields Pond Audubon Center, Bangor

We are seeking a seasonal Program Intern to join our dynamic team based at our Fields Pond Center this spring and/or summer. The Program Intern will primarily help develop, deliver, and assist with youth, adult, and family, programs with a major emphasis on school children in grades K-5. These programs are designed to instill fascination, understanding, and responsibility for the natural world and focus on natural history, sustainability, and human impacts.
