Summer Nocturne Series with Deb Perkins

Join wildlife ecologist Deb Perkins for a three-part evening lecture and guided walk exploring some of Maine’s most fascinating nocturnal and crepuscular wildlife. Each session begins with a short indoor presentation, followed by a walk at Gilsland Farm to observe and listen for wildlife in real time.

The series will focus on fireflies, bats, and birds, highlighting their ecology, seasonal activity, and the habitats that support them. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of these species and how to better observe and support them in the landscape. Sign up for one or all three!
