Natural Communities Walk: Woodlands

Following the Natural Communities webinar on November 17, step into the forest at Gilsland Farm to witness a woodland preparing for winter. We’ll spend much of our walk getting up close and personal with leaf litter, tree bark, seeds, and fungi to observe how forest residents complete reproductive cycles, store nutrients, and acclimate to freezing temperatures.
