Natural Communities Visit: Kennebunk Plains in Peak Bloom

Following the Natural Communities webinar on August 19, experience the Kennebunk Plains during peak bloom, when grasses and wildflowers create a vibrant late-summer landscape. This guided walk will focus on plant identification, habitat structure, and the role of disturbance in maintaining this rare ecosystem. Participants will also learn about conservation efforts and the importance of these habitats for declining species.
