Year-round Positions:
Facilities Manager – We are seeking a full-time Facilities Manager to lead the day-to-day maintenance of the Gilsland Farm Audubon Center grounds, buildings, and associated structures.
Policy Advocate – We are seeking an enthusiastic and effective Policy Advocate who is passionate about conserving Maine’s wildlife and wildlife habitat, and is eager to drive our work to advance climate action and clean energy solutions. This position is based out of Maine Audubon’s headquarters in Falmouth (Gilsland Farm), with frequent, required travel to Augusta, occasional travel to other parts of the state, and opportunities to work both onsite and remotely.
Marketing and Development Assistant – Fields Pond Audubon Center, Holden. We are seeking an energetic Marketing and Development Assistant to promote Maine Audubon’s
mission and programs in central, northern, and eastern Maine.
Major Gifts Officer – Gilsland Farm Audubon Center, Falmouth. We are seeking a Major Gifts Officer to join our Falmouth-based Development team, to be responsible for managing a robust portfolio of donors and prospect.

Responsible for managing volunteers and running the Nature Store, including merchandising, cash out, and inventory
At Borestone Mountain Audubon Sanctuary in Elliotsville
Seasonal Assistant Caretaker – Borestone Mountain Audubon Sanctuary
Responsible for assisting with visitor services and building upkeep at Maine Audubon’s remote seasonal lodge at Borestone Mountain
