ablandingsturtlestorywebWe’re proud to announce that this event marks the release of A Blanding Turtle’s Story, written by Melissa Kim and illustrated by Jada Fitch. It is the latest book in the series “Wildlife on the Move” published in partnership with Islandport Press. The goal of the series is to bring well-written, engaging stories about wildlife migration, conservation and respectful human interaction with nature to a Pre-K through second grade audience.

     *****

Although this event is free, we will be charging $5 per car to park during the morning activities. There are only a limited number of parking passes available, so pre-purchase of parking is required. To buy a parking pass, please click the “Register Now” button below.

Space for parking is limited at Gilsland Farm and we want to keep attendance at a manageable level to minimize our impact on the wildlife preserve. Thank you for understanding and for carpooling!
