Camps & Preschool Programs


Preschool Programs are offered throughout the year for children ages 2-5.jumping in line

Summer day camps run throughout the summer at Gilsland Farm Audubon Center (Falmouth) and Fields Pond Audubon Center (Holden) for children age 6-11. We offer unique one and two week sessions that encourage hands-on exploration of the natural world.

Vacation Day Camp is offered during school-vacation weeks in February and April at Gilsland Farm and Fields Pond Audubon Centers for children in grades 1-5. Your child may attend one day or all week! A new nature-based theme is introduced each day.

Financial Aid Available

  • Explorers: How Things Grow

    Every living thing has a beginning, middle, and end. Each day this week, we will learn about different life cycles. Your child will begin to understand the complexities that exist in nature and some of the challenges to survival. As we explore our surroundings, we will apply our knowledge!

    Explore the habitats at Maine Audubon: pond, meadow, salt marsh, and forest. Together, we will learn about what fauna and flora exist in each, what is the same/different, which animals move from one to the other, and how to interpret the animal evidence we find.
