Peony Update, Ice Cream Flavors, & the Day Before

Each year some peonies are cut for guests to take home.

Our peonies in the formal gardens and in the wilder areas of our meadows and the woodland edges are in full bloom, and there are many buds left waiting to open. Join us as we honor our long time supporters — the more than 1,600 people, businesses, and organizations who have supported Maine Audubon for 20 years or more—in many cases, many more years—through volunteer work, membership, or other financial gifts.

Come enjoy the beautiful peonies of Gilsland Farm in person this evening 6:30-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 13, 2012, have a free scoop of ice cream—exciting flavors listed below, and possibly win a door prize of an heirloom peony plant!
